Two projects to come out of the lab at Atlantic Records this year were nominated for awards. Fanbase Desktop, our multi-artist AIR application was a semifinalist for an Adobe MAX Award. While we didn’t make it to the final 3 in our category, we are hugely honored to be nominated.
Also, the Jason Mraz mobile premier we launched earlier this year was a finalist in the MMA (Mobile Marketing Association) Global Mobile Forum Awards. Were were up against Jaguar and Dove, and while it’s always nice to win I think that having our department being nominated for these two awards really shows the strength of our current direction and how far we’ve come in the last year.
