Maybe I need to get used to the typing, but it's killing me right now. My big issue is sometimes the keyboard has a menu under it so it's not always at the same height. This is a huge usability issue in my opinion that makes typing by memory nearly impossible. I like the animations too, but wish they were a few milliseconds shorter. Honestly, they are making my iPhone feel a little stale right now. Can't wait to see how it progresses, and hopefully consumers give it a chance.

I'm also very happy with WP7. I don't feel like the animations will get annoying. They feel pretty subtle to me and I hardly notice them as it is. I actually find typing to be MUCH better than on an iPhone. Word suggestion is the way to go, and auto correction is really good. I found auto-correction on iOS to be almost always wrong and completely sporadic. However, the 3rd party alternate keyboards for Android are the best in my experience. There're lots of things that need fixing, for sure. You can definitely tell it's a 1.0 release and you can see very clearly all the points that were pushed to the next update. Looking forward to see it evolve.
