At the end of 2010 Bit.ly rolled out a new feature called bundles. When clicking a bundle link users are sent to a splash page with a list of links they can choose from, instead of immediately being redirected to another website. This allows content managers to track aggregate traffic to the bundle, individual links within the bundle, and to surface related bundles on one page. Creators can change or add links at any time making sure the content within the bundle url is always current. Users can comment on bundles (but not individual links within the bundle) and share/like bundles easily.
With a regular Bit.ly account and 3 spare minutes I created a bundle that contains links to my portfolio, LinkedIn profile, Delicious links, and my Twitter profile.
