Atlantic Records: Senior Creative Director and Product Development
2006 - present, New York, NY

Responsible for building and managing the Digital Media design and product development teams for Atlantic Records. Leads strategy, design and development for a robust multi-screen line of new products. Also responsible for coordinating press and marketing around new product launches.

Create or oversee all information arcitecture, website design, online marketing collateral, mobile and online apps for Atlantic Records and its artists.

Initiate and manage relationships with third party vendors. Hire, manage and mentor fulltime and freelance designers, or design firms for large scale projects. Oversee all Flash design, development and integration with third party platforms.

Responsible for strategy, IA, Creative Direction, photo editing, some photography, and all Flash Programming on the newly designed AtlanticRecords.com.

Warner Music Group: Creative Lead - Senior Designer
2005 - 2006, New York, NY

Designed websites, online marketing and mobile apps for Warner Music Group and its subsidiaries.

Designed and developed cutting edge prototypes for unreleased music related devices and services.

Hired and managed the work of designers, interns, and outside agencies. Oversaw Flash programming and animation.

Clients included Atlantic Records, Rhino Records, Cordless Recordings, Warner Brothers Records, East West Rock and internal Warner Music Group teams.


CDMi Connect (formerly CDMi Media): Senior Art Director
2002 - 2005, New York, NY

Designed and developed projects for online, CD-ROM, DVD, and print.

Lead Flash developer on dozens of large-scale projects.

Created a library of Flash code to streamline work for the entire department.

Worked as part of a team to conceive and create projects for our newly developed Relationship Marketing division.

Oversaw the work of freelancers, web developers, broadcast animators and video editors.

Supervised video shoots, castings and post-production.

Brands included Viagra, Diflucan, Depo-Provera, Zyvox, Aranesp, Sensipar, Caduet, Lipitor and Norvasc for clients including Pfizer, Boston Scientific, Amgen and Rubbermaid.

Personal assistant to Lynn Goldsmith and Digital Imaging Director for Lynn Goldsmith LTD.

Lead graphic designer and art director for internationally distributed works.

Responsible for digital retouching, digital imaging, photo editing and archiving of Lynn Goldsmith's images.

Setup, maintenance and repair of all Macs, PCs, and peripherals.

Created fine art digital prints for galleries, museums and other exhibition spaces.

Clients included Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, Nikon Camera, Sports Illustrated, Rhino Records, Paul Simon, Aspen Magazine, Aspen Sojourner and New York Magazine.


Anderson Ranch Arts Center: Digital Studio Technician
2001 - 2002, Snowmass Village, CO

Digital Lab Manager for Anderson Ranch Arts Center, a nationally known visual art and education facility near Aspen, CO.

Responsible for digital lab maintenance, ordering and installation of all new equipment and repairs.

Commercial and fine art printmaking, as well as maintenance and repair of large format printers.

Taught Photoshop classes and private lessons in digital imaging.
